If the reliability is good then continuity in distributing power to the customer can run smoothly. And if reliability is bad then continuity in distributing power to customer will be constrained. Reliability in a distribution system can be determined by many factors. Indicators used to determine the level of reliability is SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) and SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index). In this study it has been revealed that the type of customer affects the level of reliability in the distribution system. In addition to a number of feeder that has low reliability or below the target reliability has found a solution.
