Load shedding can be done manually or automatically. It can automatically performed in order to cope with critical system conditions due to overload and down frequency. For that we need a system that can release the load quickly, precisely and not excessive in releasing the load so the system can be saved quickly. For that purpose the use of the C90 Controller which is a protective device for the bay controller is installed on the substation whose network has loads that are planned to enter in the load release scheme. The C90 controller is set to release based on a planned load-out scheme with SCADA without the need to install settings to the substation location. When the critical condition of the frequency drops touched the number 49.50 Hz C90 Controller will automatically release the load and alarm information and the blackout area will be visible on the SCADA monitor. With SCADA the load release can be done easily and customized to the needs of the users.} }
