		abstract={33 kVA customers are the largest electricity customers in PT. PLN (Persero) Kebon Jeruk Area. Accordingly, it is necessary to see how much power consumption actually is being used by the low voltage 33 kVA customers. The 33 kVA customers have a kWh billing every month which give the information of the current value used by the customer based on the monthly usage of kWh billing. This can also be used to know how big the customers should decrease their electrical power contract, e.q. Residential 61% - Business 57% - Industry 75% - Public 66% - Social 62%. Customers should know their electrical needs before installing their system.}
