		abstract={Along with the development of technology, the requirement for electrical energy are increases. In an effort to maintain the stability of the electrical grid system needed was a reliable protection so as not to interfere with such a system if there is breakdown, in which case discussed a protection relay OCR is connected directly to the CB in a 20KV feeders in Cilegon. In order not to cause fatal damage when breakdown occur its a need for a coordination of the relay OCR so it can be appropriate in overcoming interference. The technology used to project a coordination of the protection relay OCR can use an application that is ETAP (Electric Transient Application Program) that can help operators to project when an interruption in the feeder 20KV in Cilegon, so ralay OCR does not occur work together to disrupt the system and only works on the side of the disruption and who are close to the disturbance. ETAP app usage is very helpful in this regard, as known as it is also necessary to input all the parameters and specifications of all the equipment that exist on a single line diagram 20KV feeders so that the settings got the right result}
