		abstract={Risk is the possibility of events that could harm the company. Risks have impacts that can affect productivity, quality, and timeliness of project implementation. Where in the Double ? Double Track (DDT) project, package A ?Railway Facilities for Manggarai to Jatinegara? on bored pile work there are several risk factors that affect the timeliness of pile cap work implementation.
This study aims to identify sources of risk and analyze the time risk management with preventive and corrective actions. In this study conducted a survey to 35 respondents who are contractor and supervisory consultants as for the purpose to know what events that allow the occurrence of risk and then followed by the validity test and reliability test that will show the validity of a questionnaire that has been spread. After that, followed by descriptive analysis and slovin method. Based on the results of research, the most dominant risk factors and influence on the implementation of construction job. That is labor productivity does not match the estimation and lack of manpower in the field (87.27%), equipment damage (86.06%), error in marking beksiting position (86.05%), late material delivery (79.39%), experiencing error to determine a point and foundation dimension (75.16%). From these results obtained a preventive action and corrective action that is monitoring, adding workers and tools to support the acceleration of job, planning and working methods in accordance with field conditions.So, that the identification of time risk can minimize project delays.}
