		abstract={The power transformer at substations function to supply power to the distribution network. The distribution load to be unbalance load mainly if there is a disorder that causes drop out one of the channels network. Conditions unbalance load will cause the sequence component of the current channel. In the system of three phase-three wire, unbalance load will cause positive sequence current dan negative sequence current. While the system three phase-four wire, unbalance load will cause positive, negative and zero sequance current.
In this paper will discuss how the effect of unbalanced load on the condition of the power transformer, extent to conditions unbalanced load can be received by specifications technical the power transformer. So also for generator and electric motor. Unbalanced load can cause heating of the motor and the generator which resulted in higher losses in the iron core of the rotor and the stator. The iron core losses comprised of losses eddy currents and losses hysteresis. Methods in solving an unbalanced system into three systems by using the method of symmetrical components.}
