To use flowmeter, the preparation should be done by making measurement on flowmeter FLR 1009ST-I on real time data based and program preparation through lab view software. During the experiment, flowmeter must have a small relative error to obtain a valid measurement result, so the objective of this research is to obtain the result of flowmeter characterization by calibration. The method is performed by collecting flow rate data through a low flow test instrument that is compared with flowmeter measurements that connected to the National Instrument data acquisition system. The result of characterization based on calibration shows that the average error is 6,325% with instrument correction factor equal to 00,06324, so the flowmeter FLR 1009ST-I is ready to use.} }
