		abstract={The need for electrical energy today is increasing in proportion to population growth, economic growth and equitable development. Obviously power supply required to meet several criteria, including: economic , quality and reliable. For that we need a method to generate or generate electricity, one of which is gas power plants . Gas power plants more economical than diesel power plants (solar ) because the price of fuel is cheaper, but not more economical than steam power plant that uses coal in its operations, because the price of coal is much cheaper than the price of gas. Today the gas power plants are coupling with steam power plants, that is a gas and steam power plant to maximize the electrical power which generated by using one type of fuel.}
