Precast wall panel is one of the construction method which is developed in concrete technology. Construction precast method must met cost, quality, time requirement. Nevertheless, quality becomes the least important aspect in the eye of project implementer compared to the cost and time. Reviewed further, the quality that is not in accordance with the quality plan requirements and specifications the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) of the company, will add the negative impact of risks that cause the cost increases and delay in project schedule. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor quality control and recommendation of value in the implementation of panel wall precast work, so that PC panel quality targets can be fulfilled the specifications and quality of the company's plan. Research methods used to conduct this research are interview and field observation. The research resulted that in the preparation stage of material testing, the compressive strength of the cube aged PC panel of 14-30 days meet the quality of K-400 plan. The implementation stage of production and erection of good quality in accordance with the company's quality plan specifications. Stage maintenance panel precast concrete also meet the standards and can be accounted for results, as well as time factor of work in accordance with schedule plan.} }
