		abstract={Numerical methods was one of subjects in high school computer science engineering study of a computation technique to solve mathematical problems that can be solved with arithmatic operations. Because this subjects learn arithmatic operations, itsn?t easy to be able solve mathematical problems encountered. Students often have difficulty to understanding the material, solve calculations manually on paper and it takes a long time to complete. Therefore, a form of
media learning that needed for the appliacation program for helps students practice in working with short time to display the simulation calculation, discussion material and video tutorial using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 The methodology used the manufacture of this application is the application is the development of instructional media contains the elements of text, colors, images and animation that can be moved so the result display is attract attention. The application of instructional media testing was conducted with trial atch (compatible) on several other computers and comparison with Microsoft Excel 2007 and manual work on paper. The result of testing on application was processing time much shorter than the other material comparison. With the benefit of speed processing in calculating, the application of instructional media was the right choice to serve as medium of learning for students especially who are taking couese in Numerical Methods.}
