		abstract={The more widespread the issue of global warming is causing some people to think hard to find ways to keep electricity can be met without damaging it even eco-friendly environment. With the use of waste as one of the alternative energy (renewable energy) to electricity membangiktkan, then indirectly to meet the electricity needs of the community in a way that can also preserve the environment. Electrical energy needs in Bali in particular, each time has increased.
