		abstract={Attention for the blindness currently is weak .There is still a visual impairment did not understand in recognize the shape of the pattern braille , this is because the media and learning time in primary school remarkable very limited and not varied .Parents are can teach to the blind because parents did not understand will shape of the pattern braille. In the late begun by making a planning collect data and identify the matter through the literature study, and the analysis, later made the design display consisting of a form that is a choice latin that can be chosen to converted into shape braille by using the method the prototype design in implementasikan based arduino. Testing application managed to change the form of latin to form braille shown pad. 100% of blind children can recognize both patterns of Braille with visual impairment and can identify patterns of Braille as well.}
