The concept of the value of the result is one of the tools that can be used in terms of monitoring a project and this method provides project performance status information on a reporting period and provide the required cost prediction information and time to completion of the entire work is based on the performance indicators reporting time as well as the program Microsoft Project that can help in monitoring project. The concept of earned value is a control method by measuring the value of the actual cost of the work that has been carried out and a comparison with the value of the cost of schedule and at a cost that has been incurred. Based on the results, the total amount of the costs incurred up to 3 months for the implementation of this project is Rp. 517.409.259 with a percentage of 8%. Estimated cost for the remaining work for the progress of >50% is Rp. 1.475.002.499.
