Errors in the selection of fertilizers are still common. This factor is the lack of knowledge because people, especially the farmers of the factors in choosing a fertilizer for crops. The factors in question is land, earth elements, soil conditions, weather or crop conditions and climate. To overcome this problem, an application tool designed decision support system for the selection of fertilizer. This application was built and developed by using SAW and the waterfall method. Application system design is made with the UML design and user interface design. The software programming using PHP and MySQL for the database designer. Author of the study took place at the Department of Agriculture Majalengka. Results of the implementation of a Decision Support System Application to Election Fertilizer with web-based SAW method can then be used on the computer/PC.
