To design the application in the study conducted by the waterfall method . Methods ANP ( Analytical Network Process ) is used to determine the category of extracurricular funding priorities in accordance with prescribed criteria. And the results obtained from this study is the allocation of funds to be used as an alternative in the decision making can take place effectively and efficiently and to produce objective decisions.}
