		abstract={Along with the development of technology, the growing electoral system. Ranging from manual way to use the latest technology. And as a result, present Electronic voting (e-voting). E-voting is considered to settle the problems that occur in an election that is still using the manual method, as is done in the district of Jembrana, Bali. The use of e-voting in the district of Jembrana proven to have saved more than 60 percent of the budget, as the budget for the ballot. Electronic voting can be seen as a tool to make the election process more efficient. With the manual method, it takes more than 1 week to be able to know the results of the election, while the e-voting public can see the direct results of the election. So that the e-voting can increase public confidence in the election. But beside that, the e-voting still has weaknesses that need to be fixed. If evoting is not planned and designed carefully, e-voting can undermine confidence in the whole electoral process. However, if implemented correctly, e-voting can increase the security of voice, speed up processing and makes the selection easier.}
