		abstract={Early warning system (EWS) is a system information to give a prediction result against the threat to citizen before the disaster happen and inflict a risk. Progress of technology within develop for flood Early Warning System in Cengkareng become an other alternative to give an information for flood Early Warning System. This research was made by using prototype method which in this application design by using programming language base on WEB that is PHP and Microsoft visual studio 2008 and MySql as database and this application use internet as the main media too. This application works by receiving data of water level from the sensors water that has been installed at the Cengkareng Drain and the data is shown to be a flood information. The result of this research is status information of flood, flood water levels and flood timing which can be accessed by website, so this application of the flood Early Warning System (EWS) can provide early warning to the citizen in Cengkareng subdistrict for ready to against the coming flood.}
