		abstract={Control system or monitoring on field technology industry is needed to make use of the use of electrical appliances such as cooling lights. Large scope includes a building floor becomes an obstacle when use is done manually. If a building has ten floors in one floor there are at least twenty three air-conditioning lamps, then to do the use of electrical equipment pengotrolan will require a cost that is not small. Cost savers in the use of electrical equipment can not be done because no centralized system that can control in turn turn on the electrical equipment on schedule. This research was conducted to improve on conventional monitoring process. All electrical appliances such as air-cooling lamps will be connected into a centralized desktop application system so as to save the use of time costs in the use of electrical appliances in a floor or building. Animation Monitoring Application of Electrical Equipment Use Using VB.Net Desktop Based Programming Language is created by using Waterfall method as a software development system. Data collection was done by interview observation. The results of the research show that Animation Monitoring of Electrical Equipment Usage by Using Desktop-Based Programming Language can help the process of using electrical appliances on a building floor, can save time cost.}
