		abstract={The meter (electric meters) is a device used to measure the total electrical energy consumption by consumers, both at home, shop, office, industrial and so on. Electric utilities such as PLN, installing prepaid kWh meter on each customer, the kWh meter is able to obtain tariff information which has been used by customers but this prepaid system does not know how the amount of usage per customer.
