		abstract={BLSM is a government program that aims to improve the prosperity of the citizen in Indonesia . This grant is a compensation given to poor people as a result of the government decision to raise fuel . However , the implementation is sometimes not well targeted means many residents who meet the criteria to receive BLSM but the reality is not listed in the list of recipients BLSM . It assessed the presence of persons who commit fraud. In writingthis paper, the authors build an application decision support system for determining candidate receiving BLSM.Therefore it needs to make decision support system for the feasibility of the prosperctive recipient BLSM using AHP ( Analytic Hierarchy Process) Methode.}
