		abstract={A meeting lending system makes a good company to maximize the performance of such meetings daily, weekly, monthly has become a routine activity in an enterprise and the data collection schedule meeting rooms located on PT PLN (Persero) region of West Borneo have not done either fully and true. Management meeting conducted by the Deputy Manager of Public Facilities and meeting room application process is still done manually. Limitations of time and room availability information will be a major factor in the process of borrowing the meeting room. So, we need a meeting room management application in PT.PLN (Persero) region of West Borneo conducted with the aim to produce an application that facilitate the lending activities of the meeting room is needed in the PT PLN (Persero) region of West borneo. The system is designed using a web-based programming language that is supported by PHP and MySQL as a database container in the building as well as the UML system design. This system meets the overall procedure at the meeting PT.PLN (Persero) region of West borneo. Meeting rooms lending process that is run in  accordance with the guidelines that have been set so that it becomes more effective and efficient.}
