With making an application replacement kWh Meter for to easy of recording realization report replacement kWh meter based on android including customer complaints on system, and then to continue coordinator of customer  complaints, after that coordinator of customer complaints giving a job to the field engineer. Then field engineer do a process of replacement kwh meter to the customer's home. After the assignment is complete, field engineer making a report to be shown to coordinator. With a system that is already computerized and based on Android, the level of error in entering, processing, and save customer complaints can be minimized and real time with use this application.}
