In solar power plan purpose as a back-up system navigation runway light if don?t get supplay PLN energy and this PLTS also to reduce of conventional energy. Planned at 30% of the total energy needs. This research uses quantitative methods by data from energy needs especially navigation runway light system. Therefor planning is needed 180 units solar panel, 2 units Solar Charge Controller (SCC), 220 units battery and 2 units inverter.
