		abstract={This research discusses the losses of electrical energy in the distribution line at PT PLN (Persero) Leuwiliang. Energy losses are calculated using a formula that has been set by PLN and has been used in all PLN units called the Jogja Formula. Energy losses calculated by the Jogja Formula based on PLN ULP Leuwiliang asset data. PLN ULP Leuwiliang's losses in December 2018 was quite high at 12.61% compared to other ULPs in the same system at UP3 Bogor at 9%. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research to find out the causes of losses and plan a program for reduce losses. The total losses of Leuwiliang's ULP in April 2019 based on the Jogja Formula at 12.48% was calculated from the difference between the energy received by the energy sold at the customer plus the energy sent to other units. Total losses consist of technical losses at 7.56% and non-technical losses at 4.92%. Technical losses is became from medium voltage line, transformer, low voltage line, and home connection. Non-technical losses due to administrative errors and the use of illegal electricity. By knowing the cause of losses, a program is than created to reduce the technical and non-technical losses. Losses Management is arranged in the form of a pareto diagram based on the ease of implementation and its impact to achieve the reduction target. The target of decreasing losses in April 2020 is 3.83% so that the PLN ULP Leuwiliang losses in April 2020 will be 8.66%.}
