The island of Goa-Goa requires 765 kWh / day of estimated daily load data. PLTS as a renewable energy that can be implemented on the island of Goa-Goa as a power plant to supply electrical energy, with the potential of solar energy energy radiation average 5.92 kWh/m2/day. In planning this PLTS development project using AC Coupling Off-Grid configuration, this configuration aims to supply electrical energy for 24 hours by maintaining the efficiency of the battery so that it is not quickly damaged during running plant operations. The total capacity of the Goa Island Central PLTS 200 kWp can produce 367336 kWh / year of energy with an autonomous capacity of 1530 kWh days for 2 working days. In this planning it has been calculated and designed using PVSYST software, from the simulation results obtained the 100 tilt solar module angle, 80 azimuth angle and power loss table in the Centralized PLTS system. To determine the analysis of power flow with System Analysis software the voltage drop in the existing 8,3% was obtained. Financial Feasibility of PLTS Rp. 4,064 / kWh is cheaper than the PLTD energy price of Rp. 5,157 / kWh.} }
