		abstract={The Roof of the Solar Power Plant with the On-Grid system can reduce the number of electricity bills every month so it is more efficient. With the issuance of PERMEN ESDM Number 49 of 2018, concerning the Use of Solar Power Generation Systems for Consumers of PT. PLN (PERSERO). Utilization of the On-Grid Roof Solar Power Plant, where the excess production of electricity from the Solar Power Plant from its use can be sold to PLN by referring to the calculation of electric power exports recorded in the kWh export-import meter. Based on the results of the research of the author at 15 kWp Roof of Solar Power
Plant in STT-PLN, it produced an interesting result, which was 17,107 kWh per year which was calculated to produce 22,574 kWh so Cost Reduction was 75% between NASA data and real data. Besides, the investment cost for the development of the On-Grid Solar Power Plant in STT-PLN is Rp. 278,366,600, - or $ 1.3 Wp at a rate of $ 1 = Rp. 14,200.}
