		abstract={In the interconnection of electrical power system consisting of electrics connected to each other with high voltage transmission lines supply the load such as distribution subsystems in the substation, including hydro power plants and thermal power plants. The system?s loads which are distribution?s subsystem load s have a proportion that is always change all the time, on the side the amount of water moving the hydro subsystem is restricted depend on the season, therefore the load should be devided beetwen hydro group and thermal group in order to reach minimum fuel cost. This thesis will disscused how to reach the optimum load dividing in a limited amount of water for hydro power plant in a limited amount of water for hydro power plant but still can reach the minimum fuel cost using jROS (Joint Resource Operation and Scheduler) application which is a application to reach the optimization for several powerplants in java bali island.}
