The construction of pratama hospital in Yogyakarta used bored pile foundation. So, this paper will explain about the planning of pile foundation as alternative in pratama hospital Yogyakarta. The dimension of the planned bored pile is 45 cm with the depth 7 m. in compute the bear capacity of the pile and bear capacity of the group pile use cone penetration test (cpt) with aoki and de alencer method, Meyerhof method and philiponat method. Based on the computation done with several methods, obtained the result of maximum bear capacity. First the result with philiponat method is 426,73 ton and the second with Meyerhof method is 110,73 ton. The efficiency of Meyerhof pile foundation is 0,76 and philiponat method is 0,8 . meanwhile the result of minimum group bear capacity with Meyerhof method is 336,62 ton and the result of maximum group bear capacity with philiponat method is 1365,54 ton. For the planning of pile foundation, the more effective method used is Meyerhof method, which is have the bigger safety factor.} }
