In this paper a study of the adjustment of the speed droop governor as a frequency control on the power system of PLTP Kamojang unit I and unit II/III Kamojang, West Java, using the simulation method at MATLAB Simulink, in relation to Load Limit Governor and Free Governor to the power between the plants. This simulation shows the working principle of the speed droop governor if there is a change in system frequency due to changes in load.
