In addition the utilization of steel waste and fly ash in construction is expected to reduce the reliance on the availability of natural materials, as well as being an alternative substitution of constituent materials of concrete. The use of steel waste as a substitute for sand (fine aggregate) and fly ash as a cement additive is expected to produce concrete with high quality. In the study the manufacture of concrete with waste material of steel by 10% in lieu of fine aggregate and gray as a material cemented with a variation of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25%, and with the maintenance of concrete for 7, 14, and 28 day. From these studies are expected to know the effect of the replacement of fly ash waste to steel and concrete compressive strength, slump and porosity values, as well as strong relationships with the press slump, compressive strength with porosity, and slump with porosity. Based on the results of research conducted replacement of steel waste and fly ash can improve the compressive strength of concrete. Concrete using steel waste and variation of 10% fly ash has a higher compressive strength results, namely 412,787 kg / cm² compared with normal concrete that has a compressive strength of 406,009 kg / cm², and can affect the value of slump and porosity of concrete.} }
