Whereas line of underground cables is not susceptible to interference and is not densely maintained. At PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Cimahi, Jati feeder is the one of the feeders of overhead with conductor AAAC 150mm2 what have been disrupted 4 times from the target 1 time during 2018, due to external interference caused by the touch of tree branches and building construction. To reduce interference, research is conducted to study the replacement of conductors using aluminum XLPE cables. This research method uses quantitative methods, because this research is presented in numbers. To replace conductor AAAC 150mm2 is used XLPE cable 300mm2. Cable selection based on maximum short circuit and current capacity carrying of cable. When Jati feeder use AAAC 150mm2 conductors produce a voltage drop value of 27,354 volt. But, when using the 300mm2 XLPE cable the voltage drop decreases to 9,243 volt. In terms of power losses, when Jati feeder uses AAAC 150mm2 conductor produces a value of 3813,3 Watt. And power losses decreased to 1457,683 Watt when using 300mm2 XLPE cable, so it was concluded that Jati feeder had a better value using 300mm2 XLPE cable.} }
