In order for the measurement of electricity usage to be precise, the kWh meter must be in good condition. Direct measurement on the kWh meter is important for PT. PLN (Persero), especially the UP3 Bintaro area. In carrying out direct measurements there are TS and TS. TD is a basic bill, to get this value, current, voltage, and power factor data are needed as well as the constants listed on the kWh meter. TS is a followup bill, to get this value data such as TD is needed but in TS it requires timing of the rotation of the disc. If there is an anomaly, a kWh meter will be calibrated to prove the truth of the alleged anomaly. In this study, several kWh meters with the same brand and type were calibrated with actual conditions in the field with a master kWh meter owned by PLN. The meter that will be calibrated for the Itron brand with type M2XS4V3-G with 1250 revolutions per kWh is in class 2 where the error threshold of approximately 0% - 2.5% is said to be in good condition. There is a customer 1 measurable voltage 230 volts, current 20 amperes, cosphi 1, 123 rotation of the disc with a time of 60 seconds with the final result error is 68.134 percent. So the customer's kWh meter 1 is not in good condition, it must be calibrated..} }
