Therefore, a maintenance method that can minimize blackouts is needed, namely minimal maintenance of outages using a Mobile Transformer Unit. This research was conducted at several substations in the Ciputat Area including the CP157, CP182, CP192, and CP340 substations. The results of the study indicate that maintenance with the minimal outage method saves time more than without minimal outage. Where maintenance without minimal outages on CP157 lasted 55 minutes while with minimal outages only 6 minutes, CP182 lasted 90 minutes while with minimal outages only 9 minutes, CP192 lasted 56 minutes while with minimal outages only 4 minutes, and CP340 lasted 53 minutes while with minimal out for only 6 minutes. The value of ENS in maintenance without minimal outages is greater, namely 419,205 kWh with Rp. 605.625.46 . While the ENS at minimal outage is 40.925 kWh with Rp. 59.104.23. The SAIDI value obtained in 2021 is 0.34 hours/customer/year and SAIFI is 0.26 times/customer/year. According to SPLN 59 of 1985 the SAIDI value was 0.83 hours/customer/year and SAIFI was 1.26 times/customer/year.} }
