In addition to disturbances, the blackout of distribution substations can also be due to the maintenance system or called distribution substation revisions, substation revisions are carried out to maintain network reliability and component life time at distribution substations. Revision of the substation resulted in blackouts to consumers during the revision, blackouts will have an impact on increasing the value of large ENS and decreasing sales of kWh to customers due to blackouts. To minimize blackouts due to substation revisions, PLN implements a maintenance system with several methods, namely the minimal outage method using TM jumper cables and the non-extinguishing method using mobile substation units (UGB). The research was conducted using data collection methods that can be analyzed. The ENS value when the revision was made, the total blackout was 417,34 kWh, when the revision was minimal it was 68,209 kWh. The application of the minimal outage method was able to reduce the ENS value up to 403.694 kWh. For rupiah that was not saved when the revision went out a total of Rp. 648,395 and the minimal revision was extinguished of Rp. 98,541. From the implementation of the minimal outage revision, it was able to save IDR 549,854 rupiah. So that it can be seen that the revision of minimal outages and without blackouts can reduce the value of ENS and increase the rupiah that is not saved due to maintenance of substations.} }
