The presence of power loss in the line that exceeds the normal limit can reduce the efficiency in the distribution of the electrical power system. This study discusses the power losses on the transmission line from GI Siantan to GI Sungai Raya to see if the value of losses in the line is still within the normal limits. The method used is to perform manual calculation of transmission line losses and simulation of ETAP application. The results of the research that has been carried out regarding power losses in the Siantan-Sungai Raya GI transmission line, obtained the results of manual calculations of 206.72 kW in circuit 1 and 206.14 kW in circuit 2. 214.2 kW for circuits 1 and 2. The results of the calculation of losses on the Siantan-Sungai Raya GI transmission line obtained the loss value received by PT. PLN (Persero) during June 2022 the value of the loss in circuit 1 was Rp.212.272,348 with a power loss value of 148841 kWh and the loss value in circuit 2 was Rp.211.674.100 with a power loss value of 148422 kWh. It can be concluded that the losses received by PT. PLN (Persero) on the Siantan Substation transmission line to Sungai Raya amounting to Rp.423.946,448.} }
