Savings on electricity bills can be done by applying solar power plants to building electrical installations. A value that must be present in the performance of a solar power plant, namely the Performance Ratio (PR), so it is necessary to analyze the performance of the solar power plant in the building. To determine the optimum energy potential of a solar power plant system related to performance parameters, a simulation was carried out using a Helioscope. This study aims to analyze the performance of solar power plants by comparing real energy with simulation results and with calculation results. The research method used is quantitative. What will be analyzed in this study is the energy produced and the performance ratio of the simulation results with manual calculations to the results of actual data production. The annual performance ratio value of the calculation is 73.16%, from the simulation of 70.90%, and based on the actual of 74.16%. So that the performance of this solar power plant can be said to be good. Meanwhile, when compared to the performance from February to June, the actual energy production results were better than the calculations and also Helioscope with a difference of 1.00% and 3.26%. The two differences are not much different. The result of the difference obtained, is caused by factors that are not considered when performing manual calculations.
