To ensure the availability of electrical energy, where one important part of the distribution of electrical energy is transmission, is to use a protection system whose job is to ensure the safety of the system. As one of the backbones of the transmission system in West Jakarta, the Gas Insulated Substation Kembangan is one of the vital objects in the transmission system. So that the transmission system is installed Line Current Differential relay as the main protection system and OCR as backup protection. This study aims to see how the coordination of the protection system of the LCD and OCR in overcoming internal and external disturbances from the protection zone by using the ETAP application. By calculating the LCD where for the ciledug corridor Is1 = 0.0267 A and Is2 = 10 A, for the New Senayan corridor Is1 = 1.249 A and Is2 = 10 A, and for the Duri Kosambi corridor Is1 = 0.865 A and Is2 = 10 A, with slope 1 = 30% and Slope 2 = 150%. By simulating internal and external disturbances from the protection zone area of the Current Differential line, it was found that the coordination simulation results from the LCD and OCR have met the main requirements of the protection system.} }
