		abstract={Student ministry is an activity or sequence of activities that occur in the direct interaction between students and administrators BAAK. At the PLN Technical High School student ministry in BAAK plays a very important in any activity undertaken by students in the care of an administrative or academic process. In making these services a student must come to the board BAAK and write data students on paper, it will be troublesome students and administrators BAAK in the student ministry. Therefore it is necessary to apply a web application to facilitate students and administrators BAAK in the service process. The method used in designing web-based student service system is the UML model. This service system is built with HTML programming language, ASP.NET, C #, and Oracle as the database server. The design of a web-based student service system is to facilitate the management BAAK in performing activities of student services as it can be done online.}
