In this thesis the author will discuss the condition of the lightning arrester at the Duri Kosambi Bay Transformer Substation by considering the results of LCM measurements and calculating the percentage of leakage current and the distance from the lightning arrester to the transformer. The measurement of the lightning arrester leakage current obtained, all the lightning arresters installed on the Bay Transformer GI Duri Kosambi still meet the factory standards, which are below 150 A. So the recommendation for lightning arresters is to take annual LCM measurements.
