This study aims to analyze the comparative characteristics of differences in the blending of vegetable oil to mineral oil. The method used in this study uses IEC 60-156: 2018 and SPLN 49-1:1982. The results of this study indicate that the more vegetable oil, the higher the density and viscosity values, but that is not according to the standard, namely the mixing of 100% palm oil: shell diala-b 0% using density parameters. while the more vegetable oil contained, the higher the breakdown voltage and dielectric strength, but not in accordance with SPLN 49-1:1982. For the best sample according to all parameters, the ratio of 80% palm oil: shell diala-b 20% is in accordance with the requirements of SPLN 49-1:1982.} }
