Power transformer is an important tool to distribute electrical energy from generator to transmission. This has an impact on the transformer winding which is getting higher in temperature. A transformer has a cooling system in the form of transformer oil. To avoid failure of the power transformer, of course, routine maintenance and care must be carried out, one of which is testing the transformer oil with the Dissolved Gas Analysis method. The DGA test is an analysis of the condition of the transformer. After the DGA test, the TDCG method, Key Gas method, Roger's Ratio method, and Duval's Triangle method were analyzed were analyzed. It is known that the dominant gas in the transformer from the first test to the third test is CO gas. The CO gas in the transformer is caused by the thermal fault of the slowly oxidized cellulose. After the analysis has been carried out, after that analysis with the Health Index in order to determine the performance and condition of the transformer based on the state of the transformer oil. The results obtained are the transformer is in an acceptable condition with a performance index of 60%. With the results obtained, the next action is to increase the testing on the transformer.} }
