PLN ULP Kefamenanu has 12.89 % of distribution losses, with a composition of 5.38% technical loss and 7.51% non-technical. Based on the Management Contract, the non-technical target is 0.51%, so it needs improvement. KWh meter type SAN P12A4 allegedly has a very low measurement accuracy and measurement accuracy is one of the factors that affect non-technical losses. In March there was 4608 population of kWh meters of this type. The author conducted a study on the impact of replacement on nontechnical losses on feeders with the most population of kWh meter this type namely Oelolok Feeders. In this research, the writer uses a descriptive quantitative research method. Processing of data related to distribution losses mapping using the simple-S application. From 645 inspections on Oelolok feeders, there are 135 customers were found with measurement errors ranging from -73% to -100%. After the process of replacing the kWh meter with a large error value and recalculation of the non-technical losses value, the initial 7.51% decreased to 4.48%. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the replacement of the kWh meter this type affects non-technical losses, where there is a decrease of 3.03% after replacing the kWh meter.} }
