Most of the electrical energy comes from air conditioning systems utilization. Determination of the efficiency of the cooling system in high rise buildings can be analyzed in two terms such as technical and financial. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the efficient one for the type of air conditioning systems to be applied in office buildings. Technically this research was conducted by simulating building cooling system using the HAP (Hourly Analysis Program) E-20 software to calculate the amount of electricity consumption and financially carried out by comparing of investment costs, operational costs, and maintenance costs of the cooling system.
