Autoreclose function in the transmission system is one of the patterns in maintaining system reliability. At present there are several 150kV transmission networks which are hybrid transmission systems, namely a combination of Cable-Overhead transmission lines. Temporary interruption on this hybrid transmission network will cause outages if the protection scheme is not equipped with autoreclose. Autoreclose is set to work when a disturbance in the Overhead Line (OHL) section and does not work (blocking) when interference on the Underground Cable (UGC) section. Application of blocking autoreclose technology in hybrid transmission networks by utilizing configurable / programmable protection zones on distance relays, as well as the use of optical CT or Non Conventional Instrument Transformers (NCIT) as current sensors for CCP relays installed on cable lines with distances certain because it cannot be accessed by conventional CT to be the solution in this thesis.} }
