There is a prospective developer who has vacant land close to the PLN Cileungsi substation (850 m) and plans to build a 1 MWp Solar power plant. Interconnection of SPP with PLN grid requires analysis to determine the best interconnection design between SPP and PLN grid. The author will use ETAP 12.6 software for load flow, short circuit and transient analysis so that the interconnection design will not cause negative impact to both the developer and PLN. The simulation shows that SPP does not cause negative impacts (small power losses, small voltage drop, and the value of short circuit current that occurs does not exceed the capacity of the equipment), and if there is a disturbance in the SPP, transient shows that within 1 second the system has stabilized. From an economic aspect, this SPP electricity tariff which is reasonable for investors is 16.13 cent USD / kWh with IRR of 10%, but cannot be adjusted with ESDM Ministerial Regulation No.50 of 2017 because the local cost production value is too low. Therefore, a more detailed study from the government is needed to determine the renewable electricity tariff in systems with low local cost production.} }
