On the other hand, an industrial area is an area filled with factories that has great potential to develop Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic with the advantage of reducing land investment costs without reducing the operational function of the factory. The purpose of this research is to design and analyse the technical and economic feasibility of the 200kWP rooftop solar photovoltaic on a factory building in the West Java industrial area. Helioscope and PV Syst softwares are used to simulate technical feasibility. The simulation results show that the total annual electrical energy from the 200kWp rooftop solar photovoltaic is 263,723.6 kWh for the Helioscope and 266,340.0 kWh for the PV Syst with a difference of 0.98%. The total investment value of rooftop solar photovoltaic is IDR 2,457,850,800. The results of the economic feasibility analysis show that the LCOE value is IDR 649.55 / kWh for an interest rate of 0%, IDR 918.21 / kWh for an interest rate of 5%, and IDR 1,259.68 / kWh for an interest rate of 10%. The economic feasibility analysis shows that the rooftop solar photovoltaic design is economically feasible for the factories with the connection contract at a low, medium, and high voltage level, with the condition of interest rate applied is under the IRR for each voltage level by 12.8%, 6.83%, and 6.24%.} }
