One of them is the roof of the PT PLN (Persero) UPT Cirebon building which has a total roof area of 3,150.65 m2. The design of the solar power plant at the research site was made using Helioscope and PVSOL software by testing 3 scenarios, that is: using 9 inverters, 13 inverters, and optimizing angles with 9 inverters. From the simulation results, this location has the potential to be installed rooftop solar power plant with a capacity of 258.88 kWp with a row distance between panels of 0.6 meters which serves to facilitate the maintenance process. Technically, the third scenario has advantages compared to other scenarios, as it produces approximately 2.6% higher annual electricity energy compared to scenario 1. From an economic point of view, the third scenarios are feasible. However, the highest economic profit is scenario 1 with an IRR of 14.35%; NPV of Rp. 1,816,732,790.00; payback period is 9 years 11 months 3 days and BCR is 1.49.} }
