		abstract={Currently, the development of technology has developed very rapidly. Usage information can now be done quickly with the help of the internet. Internet provides convenience in accessing information. In the world of information technology is growing, needed a web-based system that can be used by users to interact both internally and externally, especially in the digital world. Based on a review of field internships, both companies need a website that is used to support the event, but web use still use the standard features of information dissemination. In order to create a digital information system that can be used as an intelligent and information systems supporting a good event it is necessary to design an intelligent web collaborate social media as a means of supporting the event. This design started with fishbone identikasi and continued using prototyping methods. This apikasi created a web-based tool designed by Dreamweaver as an application designer and web-interface systems, UML as assistive technologies design of this system.
With the above planning methods in intelligent web applications collaborating Produce social media as a means of supporting the event. With this application the company as well as a normal user can use this website as a means of  dissemination of information, digital communication, as well as a tool for direct broadcasting covering the event during the event online.
