		abstract={The evaluation of employee's performance is one of activity which is done at LPP TVRI Station Sulawesi Selatan. The process of decision making to decide the employee who deserves to get promotion and bonus which influence the performance of institute. The obstacles which are always faced by the Head of Department in evaluation the employee's performance process is time consuming to make decision accepted or not to determine the promotion and bonus in every employee because there are a lot of forms of evaluation which should be checked. In this thesis will be made an application of Decision Supporting System to solve the obstacles which are faced by The Head of Department. The application method is waterfall method, which is good to make an evaluation of employee's performance application in any company. The evaluation bases on 8 criteria, such as loyalty, achievement, responsibility, honesty, team work, idea and leadership. The blackbox method is used to show the function of the software how the application runs, do the output has been running likes it  does and the calculating bases on Promethee Method.
The result of the system is the rank of the employee's performance. The system hoped can solve the problem in making decision to choose the employee who deserves get promotion and bonus based on the evaluation.}
