Accordingly, more and more concentrations of majors are offered as alternative choices. Namely Software Developer, Intelligence System Developer, and Data Scientist. In connection with these problems, a Decision Support System for the concentration of majors was designed so that students can make the right choice of elective courses in accordance with the interests and grades they have acquired during semesters 1 to 5. The method used for the Decision Support System for the Institute of Informatics Engineering major concentration PLN's technology is to use the Technique Order Preference by Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. This method was chosen because it is able to choose the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the alternative in question is the best concentration based on the specified criteria. The results of the process of implementing the TOPSIS method can sort alternatives from the largest value to the smallest value, so that elective courses are produced as solutions and suggestions for decision making.} }
